MAURICE ROSEN

Through the years that he has been associated with the Firm he has risen from a Junior Accountant to Managing Partner.

Mr. Rosen holds degrees in business administration and accounting from Brooklyn College and has lectured on Estate Planning, Post Mortem Estate Planning and Distributions from Qualified Pension and Profit Sharing Plans.

Mr. Rosen has served as executor and/or trustee for over seventy-five estates and trusts and consulted, managed or helped manage trust funds in excess of hundred million dollars. In addition, he is formerly a member of the Estate Planning Committee of the New York State Society of C.P.A.'s.

Mr. Rosen has served on various charitable and business boards of directors.

Mr. Strassberg has been associated with the Firm since 1980, starting as a junior accountant and progressing to the level of Partner.

Mr. Strassberg is a graduate of Baruch College where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and has attended the Baruch College Graduate School of Business.

Alan Dule’s background includes client supervision in a wide variety of industries and professions for both large and small companies, with a focus on the restaurant industry.

Mr. Dule heads the Management Information Systems Department (MIS) and is the firm’s network administrator. His expertise includes design and implementation of computer systems and selection and design of specialized software.

Mr. Dule has been associated with the Firm since 1985, starting as a junior accountant and progressing to the level of Partner.

Mr. Dule holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Dule is currently serving as a member of the Emerging Technologies Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jennifer L. Nosenchuk formerly practiced under the name of Jennifer L. Rosen.  Ms. Nosenchuk is an attorney and certified public accountant admitted to practice in the State of New York.  She counsels clients on estate, financial, tax, business and elder law issues, including personal and corporate tax planning, estate administration, trust administration and estate and business succession planning.  A major part of her practice involves assisting clients and their families with tax and legal issues such as asset protection, maximizing wealth and retirement income, charitable giving and disability planning including use of durable powers of attorney, living trusts, health-care proxies and living wills.

Ms. Nosenchuk is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE concentrating in accounting from the Wharton School, and earned her JD from Brooklyn Law School where she received the CALI award for achievement in Estate Planning.  She is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations (ABA and NYSBA respectively), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Wharton Club of New York.

Ms. Nosenchuk is a former committee member of the Committee on Young Lawyers of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY), the Trust and Estates Section of the NYSBA and the Income Taxation of Trust and Estates Committee of the NYSSCPA.

Mr. White has served on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Exempt Organizations Committee and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Not-For-Profit Committee.

Mr. Elmaghrabi has served on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Emerging Technologies Committee and has served on the Employee Benefits Committee, which deals with multi-employer plans.

    Paul K. Brace joined the audit staff of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in New York in 1970. Promoted to management in 1975, he was responsible for financial audits and management advisory services for a large number of Peat Marwick's not-for-profit clients. In 1980 Mr. Brace was co-author of Reporting of Service Efforts and Accomplishments, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board; and author of several articles on timely accounting topics.

    During 1981-83 Mr. Brace served as Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs of the University of Houston. Mr. Brace returned to Westchester County in 1983 to join Jo Ann H. Poccia in the practice of public accounting.

    He has served on the AICPA and NYSSCPA Non-profit Organizations Accounting Committees.

    He has participated in the AICPA Quality Review program and is the auditor for over thirty Not-For-Profit Organizations in the greater New York area.

Frank Palazzolo joined Rogoff & Company in January 2005, after 22 years of owning his own accounting firm. Prior to owning his own accounting firm Mr. Palazzolo was a Vice President and the Statewide Tax Coordinator for the Trust Department at Marine Midland Bank for 10 years.

Mr. Palazzolo specializes in both high net worth individuals and estates and trusts for planning, administration, court accountings and tax returns.

Mr. Palazzolo received his MBA in Taxation from Bernard Baruch College and his BA in Accounting and Taxation from Pace College.

Mr. Palazzolo was previously a member of the NYS Bankers Association’s Income Tax Committee and the Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation’s (CBIT) Executive Committee.

Mr. Palazzolo has lectured to the New York State Society of CPAs and the Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation, as well as being a former Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University.

Formerly, Mr. Palazzolo was an editor for Merrill Lynch’s publication “The Investor’s Taxes: Individual Taxation” and authored various articles for HSBC Bank (formerly Marine Midland Bank) Income Tax Manuals as their Statewide Tax Coordinator.

Mr. Schwartz has been providing tax and financial advice to a wide range of high net worth individuals and closely held businesses for over 30 years.  He has represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax authorities concerning income taxes and other matters.

Mr. Schwartz’s responsibilities include the preparation of income tax returns, quality control of the firm, review of tax returns prepared by other members of the firm, consultations, tax research and lecturer at in house seminars.

Mr. Schwartz has provided tax advice to the public, sponsored by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, through USA Today and the Daily News.

Mr. Schwartz graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York with a bachelors degree in accounting.

Mr. Greenberg is an attorney and has earned a Masters of Tax (LLM) from New York University. For the past twenty-five years, he has been involved in federal gift and estate planning, charitable giving techniques, and elder law issues.
